TeeShoppen was founded by Benjamin Philip, who discovered his passion for clothing and fashion at the age of 14 while working in a warehouse at a clothing store in Aalborg. Inspired by his work, Benjamin started creating his own clothing brand, initially with printed t-shirts. However, he quickly noticed a high demand for simple, plain t-shirts. This discovery became the foundation for what we now know as TeeShoppen – a company dedicated to quality basic clothing.

The first customers were Benjamin's friends and family, and soon the word spread to their networks. TeeShoppen gradually grew from storing inventory in his older brother's attic to the garage of a friend's parents. "I have always believed that winners are losers who never gave up," says Benjamin. This mindset became the foundation of TeeShoppen, where values like courage, perseverance, innovation, responsibility, and humility (no egos) form the core of the company culture.
